When I complete a run for the day, .my phone app tells me “slow to an easy walk. You have completed your run for today.”. It is refreshing to say the least to hear those words after a difficult run in wind, cold, rain, snow, sleet, heat etc.

We all sometimes just try to make it thru the week, let alone April of 2020. But here we are, one step at a time, each day forward till we can put this month behind us. He gives strength to the weak, heals and mends broken spirits, restores what was lost and gives hope to the hopeless.

Such is life with it’s challenges, difficult odds but God says to His children I will never leave you nor forsake you. He gives daily strength and asks us to depend each day for “our daily bread” what we need to get through each second, each minute, hour and day. We look back on our life race and He speaks these words similar to my phone app, well done you have completed your run….

“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ”
My view from the saddle.
